Thus says the Lord:
Do not say in your heart, “The season has passed and nothing has changed,” for I am the God who works in hidden places. What I planted in tears is beginning to break the soil. You do not yet see the full growth, but the roots are strong.
Today I set before you a choice: trust My timing or lean on your own understanding. If you acknowledge Me in your ways, I will make your path straight. Do not fear the step that requires faith; I go before you.
Guard your tongue, for life and death are in it. Extend mercy where you were tempted to withdraw. Forgiveness will unlock what striving never could.
Be still and know that I am God. I am not delayed. I am not absent. I am near to the brokenhearted and attentive to the prayers you whispered when no one else was listening.
Strength will rise as you obey. Peace will follow obedience.
Hold fast. The Lord who promised is faithful.
